    When I first installed my SD card in the card reader, my laptop picked up the card but again did not even offer me the option to run the ReadyBoost, I had to uninstall and then reinstall the card reader hardware before it worked ok.

    It is possible to view your cards results and performance from the system test for ReadyBoost by:-

    ·         Open Event Viewer (Eventvwr.msc) and click the Applications And Services Logs category in the console tree

    ·          On the left Under this heading, click Microsoft, Windows, and ReadyBoost.

    ·          Under this heading, select Operational

     

     The log entries here include performance test results for both successful and unsuccessful attempts.
